This is a quick and easy Corn Bread recipe you can have ready in about 30 min.
Rogues Corn Bread
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- ¾ cup Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tbsp Powdered Milk
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar Optional
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Water
- preheat oven to 350°
- in a medium bowl mix all dry ingredients together
- in a small bowl mix all wet ingredients
- Fold wet ingredients into dry ones
- Pour into a 10in well seasoned cast iron skillet and bake in oven for 25 to 30min depends on your oven.
